It's autumn, which means it's time to swap some new products into my everyday makeup routine. Read on to see what new products I've put in for fall, and what products are being retired.
The most obvious change in my fall makeup comes in the form of lip products. I've opted to add in some brick-like reds in the form of Revlon's Desert Spice gloss and L'Oreal's Cinnamon Toast lipstick. I've also tossed in a new one from Essence in the shade Black Gossip. And yes, it is a midnight black shade.
I've decided to switch up my blush too, moving away from bright pinks to more warm shades. This is a peachy shade from Physician's Formula in the shade Warm.
I haven't changed my eye shadow much, but I have added this one into the roster. This is Sharp As Mustard from H&M's makeup line and it's a beautiful mustard yellow colour (that looks hideous in this photo, sorry).
And then we're back to eye liners! I like wearing a little more liner in fall and winter, so I've put these two into my everyday makeup drawer. The brown khol is Brownie from Annabelle, and the black is a liquid liner from Essence.
And then these are the products that are being retired for the season. The Rimmel Wake Me Up was my go-to for awhile, but I'm more into tinted moisturizers right now, and I've just generally moved on from this.
I don't wear bronzer unless it's summer, so that's why it's going away. And the Maybelline Age Rewind concealer is too dark for me unless I have a deep-summer tan (which is regular person shade, I'm just hella pale).
So that's my makeup overhaul for the autumn season. Let me know if you would like me to do an everyday makeup video again, the last one I did was in June so a lot has changed.
